They are scammers stay alert of this propfirm!!! I set a limit and after a while price reached my entry when the price reached my limit the entry or the limit was not activated and when executed i my entry manually it started with 1% drawdown without price moving anywhere and when I closed the trade immediately the loss was 2.2% of my account. What was that ?
they breach my account without any reason , wrost firm ever i trade
Very disappointing experience with Funding Traders. I received a free $1K account and successfully passed it. Later, they breached the account claiming it was related to news trading, and they provided me with a retake account. Here is what I don't understand: on the retake account, I took only ONE trade. I did not make multiple trades or do anything unusual, yet the account was suddenly marked as "Cancelled." I contacted support to understand why the retake account was cancelled, but I have not received a clear and satisfactory explanation. I accepted the retake account in good faith after the previous breach, so having the replacement account cancelled after just one trade without a proper explanation is extremely frustrating. I am simply asking Funding Traders to explain exactly why the retake account was cancelled and what rule that one trade supposedly violated. Very disappointing experience and poor transparency.
Nice They have returned my account and they have some issues. I am very happy to trade with funding traders
I was aware of the rule limiting risk to 1% per trade on my funded account and had been adhering to it. In my most recent trade, I set both my stop-loss (SL) and take-profit (TP) levels at $96; however, the trade hit the SL level and resulted in a loss of $104.80-a discrepancy caused by slippage that was not my fault. I have screenshots to prove this, yet when I contacted the company, they informed me that my account had been banned. This marked the first time I had breached the rule, and the violation was due to factors beyond my control. Despite explaining that there was no intentional risk-taking, I was unable to resolve the issue, and my account-which held a withdrawable balance of $400-was unfairly banned.
They Admitted the Failure Was Incorrect - Still No Funded Account I completed FundingTraders' $1,000 Try Out / 1-Step Pro and reached the required 10% profit target, finishing with a balance of $1,100.36. My account was then failed for news trading. I contacted support multiple times and asked them to provide the exact news event, release time, timezone, and trade that supposedly violated the news-trading rule. My main profitable XAUUSD trade was: Open: 10 Sep 2026, 03:43:05 MT5 (UTC+3) Close: 10 Sep 2026, 08:33:01 MT5 Profit: +$113.12 My other trades were also outside the relevant news window. I repeatedly asked FundingTraders to show me which exact trade was inside the 5-minute news window, but I was not given the specific evidence. The most important part is that FundingTraders later admitted in writing: "Your account was failed due to news trading, which should not have resulted in a failure as news trading is permitted on Try Out accounts." They also confirmed that the failure was caused by an ongoing system issue. Despite acknowledging that the account should not have been failed for news trading, they refused to restore the Funded Account and instead offered only a Retake Account, saying that no Funded Account or certificate would be provided. I understand that the Try Out is free, but I believe this situation is unfair because I successfully completed the requirements and the failure was caused by an issue on their side, not by a rule violation on my part. I am sharing this experience because I believe traders deserve transparency and proper evidence when an account is failed. I hope FundingTraders will reconsider this case and provide a fair resolution.
worst customer service customer service is very bad when you notice slippage and spread and report it on very first you are trading they don't give enough attention when that same things keeps happening you get frustrated obviously you are gonna give 1 star review, then will later reach out for solution to reach out on account team help team all those emails at the end of the resolution is nothing no trades reversed nothing and this things i had pointed out on very first day its not like am giving this comment after breaching my account my conversation thread are enough of proof i reached out on very first day thats its happening you will always gets reasons market price, liquidity available, no perfect fill i mean mt5 prop firm there are lot its not that hard to fix the spread if its applying while even closing trades not just opening which automatically increases your losses
Account #106397 Unjustly Failed - Support Miscalculating Floating Drawdown I passed my challenge on Account #106397 with over $1,069 profit. However, support representative Mag closed Ticket #215475859570157 by wrongly applying the "2% Max Risk Per Trade Idea" rule. They sum final closed outcomes of separate closed trades instead of evaluating real-time active floating drawdown: • Trade # 12496538 closed at 15:30:01 with -$120.15. • Trade #12477588 had a floating loss of ONLY - $40.00 at 15:30:01 when Trade #1 closed. • PEAK COMBINED FLOATING DRAWDOWN was - $160.00, well under the $200 (2%) limit. Trade #2 reached -$120.20 at 15:38:08-8 minutes AFTER Trade #1 was ALREADY CLOSED. Support is adding a past closed loss to a future trade outcome to fabricate a simultaneous breach. I have full MT5 server log screenshots proving active drawdown never hit $200. I request a Senior Risk Manager to manually audit MT5 tick logs and reinstate Account #106397 to PASSED. Update: Support representative (Mag) is now actively refusing to escalate the MT5 timestamp breakdown to the Head of Risk, stating that public reviews "will not alter the outcome." I am still waiting for an actual Senior Risk Manager-not customer support-to audit the MT5 tick logs for Account #106397. REBUTTAL TO FUNDINGTRADERS' PUBLIC REPLY: FundingTraders' response publicly confirms their fundamental mathematical miscalculation of realtime market risk: 1. Peak Active Drawdown Never Exceeded 2%: While both XAUUSD SELL trades overlapped between 15:10:56 and 15:30:01, the PEAK FLOATING DRAWDOWN was ONLY -$160.00 (well below the $200 / 2% threshold). 2. False Cumulative Calculation: At 15:30:01, Trade #1 closed at -$120.15 while Trade #2 was floating at ONLY -$40.00 (-$160 total). Trade #2 reached - $120.20 at 15:38:08-8 MINUTES AFTER Trade #1 was already closed and removed from the market. 3. The Fraudulent Logic: Adding the closed loss of a position that ended at 15:30 to a separate position's outcome at 15:38 to fabricate a $240 breach is mathematically incorrect. Risk limits are enforced on ACTIVE simultanous floating exposure, not retroactive cumulative addition of non-overlapping closed losses. 4. No Automated Breach: The MT5 automated risk engine NEVER failed this account on Sept 3. Support manually and incorrectly failed it 6 days later (Sept 9). completed this 1-Step Challenge with +$1,069.05 in profit (10.7%). The server tick logs prove zero active risk breach occurred while positions were open simultaneously.
First Payout I got my first payout of my 100k account and was fast and amazing customer support
Account breached for Daily Drawdown despite the trade closing in profit I received a free $1,000 1-Step account from FundingTraders. I took only one XAUUSD trade of 0.01 lot. Entry: 4393.83 Exit: 4355.89 Closed profit: +$37.94 I had a stop loss around 4420, and according to my MT5 chart, price never reached my SL. My MT5 history shows the account ending with a balance of approximately $1,038. However, FundingTraders marked the account as FAILED - Daily Drawdown. I contacted support and explained the situation. Their response was simply that floating losses are counted. I understand that floating losses can count toward daily drawdown, but they have not provided me with the exact timestamp, equity level, or price at which my account allegedly crossed the $30 daily drawdown limit. Their dashboard also shows inconsistent figures, including a Day Start Equity of $1,038.49 while the account balance/history does not appear to support that figure. I have screenshots of the MT5 history, chart, account dashboard and their email response. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking FundingTraders to show the exact calculation that caused the breach. Until they provide that evidence, I consider this breach unfair and the account closure unjustified
