“3 Referrals, Clicks Tracked, But No Commissions I'm very disappointed with my experience with the affiliate support team I referred three customers using my affiliate referral link, and the link is clearly registering clicks . However, despite the three customers making purchases through my referral, I still have not received any affiliate commission, and the conversions/revenue remain at $0. I contacted customer support about this issue, but I did not receive a proper response. I also contacted the affiliate team directly, and I'm still waiting for a response. What makes this especially frustrating is that the referral link appears to be tracking the clicks, so I expected the purchases to be reflected in my affiliate account as well. I'm not posting this review because I expect special treatment. I simply want the affiliate tracking issue to be investigated and the commissions I'm entitled to for the referred purchases to be properly credited. The lack of communication from both support and the affiliate team has been extremely disappointing. I hope the company addresses this issue and improves its communication with affiliates،Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their affiliate program.”

“AVOID!!! this broker, they are full of hidden rules which would affect your trades negatively and deny you of payouts. I have lost a lot to them due to this rules, and when I decided to withdraw my funds they blocked me. Ever since I moved over to #..VINE HASH#... I have been earning so well and all my payouts steady with no hidden rules.”

“Worst experience ever!! For the past two years I was a very loyal client and bought few challenges with them that unfortunately didn't pass it but i did spend a lot of money with them. I think they where fair until I came across the NOVA account for 7$, pass the challenge quick and got funded, pay the activation fee for the 50K account and start trading. first of all they have this 5 minutes holding time for a open trade that is "RIDICULOUS"and then I came across the 20% consystency rule that definitely is there to not pay you. I had a $1400 day loss and a $840 day win and work really hard to try to at list get my first payout but because of the (ESS)INCREDIBLE UNFAIR RULE their system ask me to make over $11,000 in profits to qualify for a payout...... ABSURD!! really really terrible. this is the worst experience in my trading journey so far. I did recomended TOPONE to a lot of friends in the pass but after this?? I will never recomend Toponetrader again to any body.”
